Infrastructural facilities :
The college is fully equipped with all the required facilities as per the norms of all India Council of Technical Education (AICTE),
and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) New Delhi. The details of the infrastructural facilities are as follows:
Pharmaceutics Lab:
All the facilities required for product development and formulation of various dosage forms are available in this department
Pharmaceutical Chemistry Lab:
This department is provided with suitable facilities for the synthesis of medicinal compounds, analysis of drugs, biochemical
analysis, organic and inorganic chemical analysis. This laboratory is supported with an instrument room.
Pharmacology/Human anatomy & Physiology lab:
This department is provided with variety of instruments for pharmacological screening of drugs. Essential models and facilities
required for anatomical, physiological and pharmacological studies are available in the laboratory. The laboratory is supported
with an animal house.
Pharmacognosy:
This department is fully equipped with the complete facilities required for evaluation of the crude drugs. This laboratory is
supported with a medicinal herbal garden.
Pharmacy Practice lab:
This lab provides training related to dispensing of medicines & patient counseling.
It also train the students regarding clinical investigation of the patients.
Machine Room:
This laboratory of pharmaceutics department is provided with important equipments and machinery required for the
pharmaceutical production and in process quality control of the major dosage forms like Tablets, Capsules, Ointments and Liquidoral
formulations.
Computer laboratory:
This laboratory with 25 computers s provides internet facility, databases of medical websites, E-mail services and CD-ROM services
for students and staff.
Library:
Library contains about 5144 books and subscribes 07 journals and magazines. CDs of recent developments on relevant subjects in
pharmaceutical sciences are available.
Hostel:
Hostel facilities for boys and girls are provided and maintained by the organization near the college campus.
Canteen:
A canteen in the campus provides refreshment for the students.
Medicinal plant garden:
The medicinal plant garden consists of about 250 Indian medicinal plants in traditional system of medicines. The rare, common and
seasonal plants required for Pharmacognosy practical studies are cultivated in the garden.
Placement cell:
Special attention is provided for the outgoing student for their placement in a suitable job. This cell arranges campus interviews
every year.
Carrier guidance cell:
Special seminars on career guidance, personality development etc by eminent personalities are arranged by this cell.
Other activities:
Training and counseling for Final year students to assist them in seeking placements.
Campus interviews of national and multinational reputed companies.
Group discussion, mock interviews to provide necessary exposure for job interviews.
Focus on personality development and HRD.
