Admission Procedure - Diploma Course (D.Pharm)
Selection Criteria:
1) A candidate desirous of seeking admission to Diploma in Pharmacy course should fulfill the eligibility as under
Minimum qualification for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy in any of the following examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.
(1) Intermediate examination in Science;
(2) The first year of the three year degree course in Science,
(3) 10+2 examination (academic stream) in Science;
(4) Pre-degree examination;
(5) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examination.
The student should qualify the above eligibility of admission process can be admitted as per following process.
- As per the norms of Minority commission 51% (31 seats) seats are reserved for Hindi Linguistic students. Applications are invited & accordingly the students are admitted strictly on Merit basis as per marks obtained in (XII basis) Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics.
- As per the norms of DTE, Mumbai 20% (12 seats) seats are to be filled at Institute level. Applications are invited & accordingly the students are admitted strictly on merit basis as per marks obtained in (XII basis) Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics.
- As per the norms of DTE, Mumbai 29% (17 seats) seats are to be filled by Centralized admission process (CAP) by Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai.
Procedure:
- Interested candidates have to apply in a prescribed form enclosed with the brochure along with all the necessary documents.
- Selected candidates have to take admission as per merit list which will be displayed on college notice board.
